If you love soft, chewy blondies and the classic combination of peanut butter and chocolate, this Peanut Butter Cup Blondies recipe is a dessert you will want to make again. These bars begin with a white chocolate blondie base that bakes up fudgy in the center, lightly golden on top, and wonderfully dense without being dry.

The white chocolate gives the blondies a smooth sweetness and a soft texture, while the peanut butter additions bring a rich, nutty flavor. Every slice is filled with texture from chocolate chips, crunchy roasted peanuts, creamy peanut butter chips, and whole Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups hidden inside the batter.

These blondies are made for Reese’s lovers, but they are also a great choice for anyone who enjoys a sweet and salty dessert. The roasted peanuts add crunch, the chocolate chips melt into the batter, and the peanut butter chips give each bite that unmistakable peanut butter flavor. The Peanut Butter Cups are layered through the middle, so when the blondies are sliced, you get pockets of chocolate and peanut butter in every serving.

Large Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups work beautifully in this recipe, but mini peanut butter cups can also be used. If using mini cups, use double the amount so the blondies still have plenty of filling throughout the center. You could also add more peanut-flavored candy if you wanted an even more loaded blondie, but this version already has a generous balance of chocolate, peanut butter, peanuts, and white chocolate.

One of the best things about these peanut butter cup blondies is the contrast of flavors. On their own, Peanut Butter Cups can taste quite salty, but in a sweet white chocolate blondie, that saltiness works perfectly. It balances the sweetness of the white chocolate and sugars, giving the bars a fuller flavor and making them even more satisfying.

For the best texture, avoid overbaking these blondies. They should be lightly golden on top but still soft in the center. When a skewer is inserted, it should come out with a few light crumbs attached rather than completely clean. The blondies will continue to set as they cool, creating that dense, chewy, fudgy texture that makes them so good.

These Peanut Butter Cup Blondies are ideal for parties, bake sales, lunchbox treats, dessert trays, or whenever you want a rich homemade bar that feels indulgent and fun. Let them cool before slicing for neater pieces, or serve them slightly warm if you want the chocolate and peanut butter cups to be extra soft and gooey.
